Ortho appointment .. accident still

Trying to see an orthopedist this week before I leave Jacksonville. Shoulder hurts like a bitch. Marvelous... My foot is still giving me issues..

Still hurts

Well, got my bike to the shop finally to get an estimate and replacement so I can get that out of the way while waiting on my body to tell me what else is wrong with it. My knees and legs are still hurting. My knees more than anything.. and my left shoulder theres a sharp pain too, damnit.

Bike Accident

Had a bike accident about 4-5 days ago. Me vs. Car. I lost. Temporarily out of commission until further notice. Nothing broken, but still unsure about unseen damage.

Not being able to train, sucks. Stay tuned.

Biking

I was supposed to do 97min today, but could only rake in 87 due to it getting dark and I didn't want to be out at night wearing sunglasses along with Jacksonville's marvelous drivers. God they suck.

Arm better and so am I - sorta

Well my arm feels better, theres still a slight twinge at the moment, but swam earlier this week for about 32min and it went well.

Other news, i'm feeling better. Got sick after swimming and couldn't move for a day. So I'm about to put a post of my bike today, woot
