- 2 pieces of extremely good garlic bread (loaded with dripping butter!)
7:10 PM - hot tub, 20min
8:15 PM - dinner: alfredo w/gorgonzola + 6-8oz of steak, minestrone soup, 2 pieces of bread
11:00PM - 14-15oz of 1% milk + 3 tbs Ovaltine
